Award winning design of passive solar Ambulance Association building. The Ambulance Garage was designed to be maintained at 55 degrees F. The building includes a dispatch center, office, lounge, meeting/training room, and kitchen.

Eastern CT State University

Wllimantic, CT

Tunney Associates worked with the DPW and the University to redesign the 6,400 SF Multi Purpose room in the Student Center. The room was designed to accommodate a variety of functions among which include seminar/classroom space, computer aided student registration, lectures, stage presentations, dining and dances. The room was fully equipped with current computer and telecommunication technology. The lighting, acoustical, media, and sound systems conform to these diverse programs. Responsibilities included: Design, cost estimate and complete construction administration.
