Block Island, Rhode Island

We were winners of a Design Competition for a 7,800 SF, 2 1/2 story, mixed use building. The site is located in a pristine spot on the Island. The Proposal had six fully accessible shops and public toilet facilities on the first level. Four affordable townhouse residential units were planned above, on the second and third levels, all with water views.

Westbrook, Connecticut

Tunney Associates designed an 8,500 SF office/retail complex. The site was on busy Route 1 within view of Long Island Sound. Retail space occupies the first level and part of the second floor. Offices occupy the third floor level and a portion of the second floor as well.
